• Invoicing – You provide us what was sold, to whom and for how much, we prepare the invoice quickly so you get paid quickly. We also prepare the State sales and B&O tax reports.
• Payroll – You provide us with the timesheets, we make sure your Employees are paid on time, your taxes are calculated correctly, and that all the required reports are filed timely and accurately.
• Accounts Payable – We enter you bills and pay your vendors quickly and efficiently. (We can print the checks in our office, or you can from yours.)
• Financial Statements – Each month, you can print professional looking financial statements and other reports that show you how you business is doing. Since these statements are prepared by experienced bookkeepers, supervised by licensed CPA’s, you can feel confident that your financial reports are accurate, consistent, and current.
• Special Requirements – If your company has special requirements like commission reports, statements of values, or certified payroll registers, we are ready to do them as well.
